No one likes going to the dentist but they made it comfortable. Dr jabcobs was great professional and worked in a timely manner but never rushed lovin the smile. Great environment, and my family of 8 all goes to the same dentist

Going to the best dentist!!! By far this was the best cleaning and fillings . Painless !! Very friendly dsntists. I will give six stars!!!! Manager Eliana was so helpful and made me understand the whole process.Loved every minute. Very clean office!!!!

There is not a wait time... the staff is extremely friendly and good with children. ( little play area for kids) Very Convenient hours. Selena, Dr. chespak, and Dr. Jacob make the visit pleasent. Doesn't even feel like I'm actually at the dentist. They explain what they are going to do before it's done. I highly recommend Franklin Park Family Dental.

I brought my daughter for her cleaning. My daughter is only 3 years old, she started crying and she didn't want to be there for any more second until Dr. Jacob came in the room. She started making animal noises and started playing with my daughter to take away the fear, so she could get her cleaning done. She's very good with kids, I thought it will be impossible for my daughter to finish her cleaning. I'm very satisfied with their service.

Dr. Chitawalla and all the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Not many places accept my insurance and they were very accommodating. The owner, Dr. Jacob, is so nice and professional. Their staff also speaks Spanish and French and were able to translate. They even have dental students from Boston University come and learn with them. Love coming back here!

Dr Seema Jacob is the best. I lost my health insurance when I was 19. I no longer had mass health to cover me, but she literally still took me in one day and gave me a free cleaning and filled in my tooth while I wait to get the funds to put a crown on it. I've been at that dentist office since I was about 16 years old and she and her crew always tried their hardest. Today I came back after about 2 and a half years because I split my molar in half, I didn't even schedule an appointment and they still took me in. Financially I am struggling but they've offered me many options. Dr Jacob actually cares about her patients.

Excellent Dentistry by my favorite dentist Dr.Jacob! I have been coming here for the past 5 years ,the office is clean, kid friendly and by far the best.They are so patient with all kids,kids look forward to go there every six months.My three kids remind me.Thats how good they are !! I LOVE FRANKLIN PARK FAMILY DENTAL! I will give them 5 stars anyday.

A very family-friendly place with nice and knowledgeable doctors. Several cleanings done had crown fixed . They have the most updated instruments and xray machines.Got my deep cleaning done while watching Kung fu panda.So much fun to watch kids playing in the kiddy area.While waiting one can enjoy watching zebras and other animals of Franklin park in summer.Hats off to Dr.Jacob and Dr.Saran for their expertise .I'm going back for an appointment soon!

I'm going to give them a five. They have great hours for working parents. They do their best to fit you in. They are great with my ADHD ODD kid. She has been coming here since she was three. So 6 years now. I've come here myself as well. They are pretty quick and efficient. If I had to pick a con it would be the street parking and they sometimes forget to give the kids their movie tickets.

Best Dental office ever!! So clean. Dr. Barra is wonderful. I feel like calling Obama. He is so knowledgeable and kind to me and my child. He did a great job on my teeth!!!

I am blessed to have found a great place 4 the whole family it makes sure to assist the patients with assist on appointment reminder of allowing them to be ashore day before . Great with children my grands have no complaints about them they actually had a clean visit yesterday

I had an appointment at Franklin Park Family Dental and they were exceptional! They took their time and were extremely gentle. I told them I was afraid and hadn't been to the dentist in a while because of my fear. They listened to me & really showed care. Plus the dentist woman (forget her name sorry) kept throwing me compliments loll. Great place for kids teeth too.

It's gonna be a long one but it tells you everything you need to know
Ok so normally I despise going to the dentist, or any medical place for that matter, buuuuut Franklin Park Dental took care of me! I was afraid of the usual blue tarp and drills stuck in my mouth. However, these people took me into the room and I told my sister I'd call her back in 20 ,imputed if I was lucky and not being hurt by rude dentists who didn't care about my pain. See, local anesthesia has never worked for me and they try and anyway and then I'm stuck with a swollen face all doggone day. I braced myself and hung up. They put these weird thing to hold my mouth open and talked quietly and nicely. I'd already had a whole conversation with the assistant prior. I grabbed the arm of the chair to prepare for the pain ......and I was done in 10 MINUTES. It was a quick, easy, almost painless procedure with no anesthesia for me. They tell you to wave your hand if you need them to stop and I didn't have to or even think to have to. They put this stuff on your tooth, the filling stuff, and check to make sure you're okay with it. Then, you're done really.
I spent time talking to the doctor there. She's a really nice person and seems to be a good person. She really does love her work and to be good to people. I was surprised. I was used to gruff dentists with attitudes talking trash about me and pushing me around. But her? She told me I made her day and, shoot, she made mine too.

Great customer experience, fast service and clean office and associates. Doctors are nice and patient so knowledgeable specially Dr. Seema Jacob. All the front desk associates are very nice and friendly!!!! Go there...

It was my first visit in this dental office and I had a great experience. Dr. Jacob was really helpful and professional. Did not have to wait for long. In all they gave a good service. I am happy with the treatment and I recommend this dentistry.

I am so grateful to Franklin Park Family Dental for treating me so well. Dr. Imran Chitalwala was wonderful and such a friendly gentlemen. He did a great job at extracting my two wisdom teeth and yesterday the 13th of this month he have me two fillings and provided very good numbing medicine to ease the procedure. All in all I was very happy with the results and would recommend him to anyone. He's calm and focused and extremely professional also lending a great sense of rapport to me as I was nervous to start. The staff are very kind and Dr Seem Jacob's is an excellent doctor and runs a great practice. Thanks to everyone at Franklin Park Family Dental for a great visit and special thanks to Dr. Chitalwala for being the best dentist I've ever had. You rock!

This is by far the best dental experience that I have ever had if you're looking for paying the service I'll clean and friendly atmosphere this is the place to be. Children get movie tickets free don't miss out on this gem in the middle of Dorchester

Dr. Seema Jacobs is an exellent doctor as well as a person. Really great services and changed my dental office for the fact that, i loved the environment of the workers as well as Diana, a very kind Dental Assistant. Always bring a simle to all costumers. Great place to visit if you need dental assistance.

Great atsmosphere, this office has really grown over the years. I'm no longer waiting for a long time, I'm seen in a timely manner. The DDSs arent there to make money, they want you to have the best oral healthcare, even if they have to recommend elsewhere. I enjoy bringing my family, and we also love the movie tickets when they get thier mouth cleaned.

I went to Franklin Park Family Dental in need of a teeth cleaning. Dr. Seema Jacob and the entire staff were very warm and welcoming. I had hardly any wait time and was seen shortly after I arrived. The facilities are state of the art and the dental assistants and doctors are professional, friendly, and attentive. I had a wonderful experience here and highly recommend it to everyone in the area.

I just recently visited Franklin Park Family Dental along with my two children. Although my past experience wasn't reassuring with the wait time, their service is exceptionally outstanding! I feel comfortable to say that I would allow them to work on my teeth any day. I got to meet with Dr. Jaccob, who apologized for any and all mishaps in the past from her fellow staff for tardiness which on my behalf, was greatly appreciated. Besides they're empathy towards patients and understanding for our specialized needs, they also offer a variety of incentives for patients, which include, a specialist dentist for children who fear the Dr.'s office which was very beneficial under my circumstances. Overall, I would highly recommend this family dentistry for adults, children, and families.

If I can give this place more than five stars I gladly would. This is a diamond in a rough. The dentist here take great pride in meeting the need of their patient. It is a great and welcoming environment to bring the family. The awesome care that I receive at Franklin Dental made me a loyal patient while I still reside in Massachusetts. I recommend all to check and support them.

Great place to fix all dental problems of yours.Had night guard and crowns done.I w as very nervous about crowns especially because of the previous bad experiences elsewhere.But Dr.Jacob and Dr.saran walked me through each procedure smoothly and my crown is doing perfect.Very pleased and recommend this place highly.

Went there for cleaning and whitening and was an overall great experience! The staff was friendly and hard working; and the doctor was very knowledgable and friendly. The dental is also a very family oriented place and also provided a play area for the children. Definitely going back for the next appointment!

Best and most comfortable dentist I've ever been to. With all of the fear that comes along with dental care, this doctor will quickly calm your fears and make you feel very taken care of. The staff are all very friendly, accommodating and understanding. Honestly the best doctor I've ever been to. Worth the price tag.

We switched insurance and had to pick a new dentist for my 2 kids, 11 and 9. We were very reluctant and worried about the change, because we had never heard of Dr. Seema Jacob before. It was easy to make the appointment, the office was beautiful, the staff was very friendly and competent. The wait was not too long, the kids were relaxed and cheerful for their cleaning and exam. I will definitely recommend their service.

This is a great place to go for dental work. It's a very calming and soothing place and the doctor has great bedside manners. She is extremely attentive and caring, and her follow up is very professional and comforting. The doctor takes great care in making the patient comfortable and at ease. I've sworn to my family that I'll go nowhere else but here. Great service, and the place was super clean!
